CTP systems for highest quality offset plates
The CTP systems XPose! UV and XPose! Thermal were developed specifically for the requirements of job and packaging printers as well as for service providers. Both CTP systems are used in the direct imaging of thermal and conventional offset plates and, thanks to their modular construction, can be adapted to meet individual requirements.XPose! is based on the proven principle of the internal drum imaging device. Developed and built in Switzerland, it represents the highest quality and reliability. With ongoing development and tailoring to achieve both maximum availability and high productivity, it reflects experience gained from over 2,000 installations. Thanks to its unique architecture, ease of use and user-oriented functions, it offers a range of benefits.
The CTP system for maximum efficiency and flexibility
Lüscher Technologies AG has developed the XPose! Flex series of products specifically to meet the needs of the packaging and security printers as well as for service providers.
The XPose! Flex uses unique hybrid technology to image a wide range of media and is compatible with most available print forms. As well as imaging standardised offset plates on aluminium carriers, the CTP system can also work with ablative plates on polyester, steel or aluminium carriers. With its modular construction, the CTP system can be adapted to meet specific requirements.
The XPose! Flex is a refinement of the very successful Lüscher CTP system, and benefits from the experience gained from more than 2,000 installations worldwide. It offers a range of customer benefits thanks to its unique architecture, ease of use and user-oriented functions.
Universal direct imaging
In the MultiDX! flat-bed CTP system, Lüscher Technologies AG has succeeded in another important innovation providing packaging and industrial printing with the highest level of flexibility.
Thanks to its unique hybrid technology, the MultiDX! can image a variety of print forms. In addition to the imaging of standardised offset plates, the CTP system is also capable of imaging all ablative plates as well as all screen print forms.

The Accent is a newly developed coating plate with outstanding printing properties in the fields of packaging and commercial printing. The simple, in-house imaging and manufacture of coating plates in offset print shops is considered to be the best in the world.

A product of Agfa’s unique plate manufacturing technology, :Aluva integrates seamlessly with UV computer-to-plate systems produced by Lüscher Technologies AG. The plate can be used for a variety of applications, from the largest commercial web house to the smallest sheet fed printer.
