Highest print quality
Magic
wands - plastic cards with transponders, microprocessors and magnetic
strips are used for security and cashless transactions. Our customers
are faced by further security challenges when implementing highly
complex printed products for personal and product identification,
ticketing vouchers, securities and special papers in general such as
postage stamp printing.

In
this sensitive market for high quality printed products and services,
we stand side by side with our customers as a reliable partner -
offering soundly based know how, the latest technology and reliable
professionalism. The XPose! HiRes combines - if required - the ability
to image for dry and wet offset in a single device.
Perfect maintenance of register
The
realization of the highly complex patterns and graphics on security
documents makes extreme demands on the imaging of plates. Today,
digital repetitions abut perfectly. The geometry of the imaging matches
from separation to separation, ensuring a perfect maintenance of
register for guilloches and superpositions during printing.
The required accuracy can be consistently achieved through CtP setting optimally configured for security printing on the XPose! HiRes.
