XPose! thermal

Flexible choice of plates for the highest quality 

XPose! thermal setters image all industry standard thermal plates at top quality and a wavelength of 830 nm. There is a choice of six resolutions between 600 and 2540 dpi, allowing our customers to satisfy all quality requirements flexibly and reliably.

Model range up to XXL plate format

The XPose! thermal model range can cover all the required formats from 430 x 360 mm up to 2260 x 1600 mm, the XXL plate format. There is now therefore a choice of XPose! platesetters for every customer requirement from 4 pages up to 48 up page operation.

Attractive advantages through unique technology

The unique combination of internal and external drum is patented worldwide. The plates do not have to be fixed and are therefore quick and easy to position.

The design of the laser imaging head is a further major plus. Its long life laser diodes are monitored by a specially designed diagnostics system and immediately adjusted if necessary. Should an individual diode fail, the XPose! thermal setter operates a little more slowly but quality is unimpaired. Changing a laser is a quick and easy procedure.
